It is a tool created by the ALADI in order to disseminate the benefits of integration, promoting the use of the preferences negotiated within the scope of the 1980 Montevideo Treaty, the provisions that contribute to the regional market access and trade financing, as well as to enable alliances, partnerships and other relation manners that promote interaction among the public and private agents of member-countries.
